* Custom Catering requires a non-refundable
$150.00 deposit to reserve your date for
your event.
* Final menus and headcounts must be turned
in to Custom Catering 1 week prior to your
event.
* A sales tax of 7.00% will be added to all
parties without a tax exempt number and
proper form.
* A gratuity of 10% to 15% will apply on all
parties.
* If your service time is delayed from the
confirmed time an additional fee will be
applied.
* Leftovers will be reserved in the event
you are under your confirmed number
* Sorry for any inconvenience but we do not
accept credit or debit cards. Payments can
be made by cash or check.
* Full payment is due before or on day of
the event. Arrangements can be made with
Custom Catering prior to your event.

a full service caterer ranging from outside
B-B-Q’s to sit down wedding receptions.
We have a wide variety of Entrees’ and menu
items to choose from as well as Hors
D’Oeuvres or custom made selections to suit
your party. We can handle all of the details
in order for you to enjoy your special event
without any worries.
